• The data is backed up daily on site and a copy is kept off site.
• A limited number of employees have access to the data for maintenance, research analysis, points program fulfillment, and other specific responsibilities. Each employee is aware of and must maintain full compliance with our access and data management policies.
• Employees must have password access and are not allowed to reveal or release any data not authorized by AWSurveys.com
• AWSurveys.com reviews its security measures on a regular basis by utilizing the various technologies being developed and updating password access as necessary. Refer to Section 6 on Limitations of Liability.
  

(F) Email Notifications: All members agree to receive occasional updates about changes in our program via email such as important changes in our program, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. It also indicates to us if members have changed their email address so that we can keep our records current.

(G) Other Sites: AWSurveys.com contains links to other sites where our privacy policy does not apply. Members should review the privacy policy at these specific sites carefully before giving out information because they may not follow the same policies as AWSurveys.com.

(H) Transfer/Assignment: AWSurveys.com reserves the right to assign the ownership of the site, databases, intellectual property and all information contained within the Web site upon sale or acquisition to another entity. Members will be notified of such sale or acquisition by email and it will be posted on the site.

(I) Contacting AWSurveys.com: You can contact AWSurveys.com in a number of ways which can be found in our Contact Us section. We may also file your comments to improve the site and program, or review and discard the information. Your personal information is only shared with third parties as outlined in this privacy policy.

(L) Yearly Earnings: The maximum amount that can be claimed during 1 fiscal year (Jan 1st to Dec 31st), is $550.  Amounts over this must be held to the next fiscal year to receive payout.

Members  acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions of use and that you accept the terms thereof. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of use, you may not access or otherwise use this Web Site. You may only have one account per household. Duplicate accounts or other types of methods used to increase the number of referrals in a way we deem unacceptable will result in the deletion of the accounts and payments canceled.

We may monitor your use of this Web Site, and may freely use and disclose any information and materials received from you or collected through your use of the Web Site for any lawful reason or purpose, in accordance with the guidelines set forth in its Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the AWSurveys.com Web Site. Please take into account that although their is a dollar value on the website this in fact detonates to our point system $1 equals 1 point. Points have no value until they have been processed and approved into a real dollar value. You will know once your points have been converted once a payment has been delivered to you in real dollars. You must have at least 75 points to try and redeem into a real value. We reserve the right to refuse any point conversion. Some reasons for payments to be denied may include but are not limited to low survey taking ratios. This is when less then 75 percent of your referrals take our surveys. Payments may also be denied if false information is given by their referrals, or if they have the same IP address.

Your Liability. You shall indemnify and hold harmless AWSurveys.com and all those related to its immediate operations ,including affiliates, from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees which result from your misuse of this Site in any fashion, any violation of these Terms, or the failure to fulfill your obligations here. AWSurveys.com may take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Paragraph. In such event, you will cooperate fully with us. AWSurveys may also terminate this Agreement and your future use of this Site, with or without notice. In the event of termination, the restrictions imposed upon you with respect to material downloaded from the Site, the disclaimers, and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement survive. CURRENTLY YOU ARE ALLOWED TO REFER 5 FRIENDS AND RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR THEM OF 1.25 EACH, YOUR BALANCE MAY REFLECT TOTAL REFERRALS AND NOT THE ACTUAL PAYMENT AMOUNT. BY RECEIVING A CHECK FROM AWSURVEYS.COM WITH A BALANCE HIGHER THEN 5 REFERRALS THIS DOES NOT GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO REFER MORE THEN 5 FRIENDS WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHO WE PAY AND THE AMOUNT TO.  RESERVE THE RIGHT TO YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL ALSO APPLY TO THIRD-PARTY CONTENT.

U.S. Government Restricted Rights. Government users will receive no greater than Restricted Rights as defined in FAR 52.227-14, FAR 52.227-19(c) (Jun 1987), or DFAR 252.227-7013(c)(1)(ii)(Oct 1988), DFAR 252.221-7015(c) (May 1991), DFAR 252.227-7014, or DFAR 252.227-7018 as applicable in any Software at this Site.
